Fish for Lunch

We have just discovered this excellent product which no doubt had been hiding for years at our local supermarket (in with other spreads such as jam – which we hardly ever eat, and not the canned fish): John West’s Tuna Spread. Della ‘found’ a can and brought it along on our recent Wonnangatta canoe trip (another one is coming up soon – lots of water in the river right now – New Year 2018). We had it spread on Vitawheat 9 Grains and it was absolutely delicious. We will add this to our standby add-ons of Peanut Butter or salami and cheese for lunch stops on the trail.
