We have both been doing this for approx three months. We have both lost a stone (7 kg). Della’s pre-diabetes (high blood sugar) has come back into the ‘normal’ range for the first time in years. We are both feeling (and dare I say), looking better. We are still working on the menu. Really look forward to all the (new) interesting vegie dishes.
It is no hardship at all as I have always loved vegetables, particularly raw. We are both working at the 10,000 steps a day, some days beating it and most days nudging it.
